The Boston D403 is our new split-bed Class IV approved brake tester. Specifically designed to fit the recesses of some very early model brake testers on the market, it has been introduced to minimise the downtime required when exchanging old models for new. Built to the same high specification as the D412/D712 models this unit is operated by the same Global control platform. The D403 has a 2500kg axle load capacity allowing it to perform effortlessly day-in day-out with heavy duty workloads. Similar to the D702, the chassis are a split bed configuration providing extra flexibility when designing MoT bays, and making it very popular as a modern replacement for early obsolete models.
